A little story of how Face Reality Skincare & Skin by Cynthia came to be…

I first heard of Face Reality Skincare when I attended a class (for a different skincare brand) and sat next to Alex, their Lead Educator, along with an esthetician who had just completed the Face Reality certification. This esthetician had nothing but amazing things to say about the training, the team, the process, and how it was one of the best things she had ever done for her business. Naturally, I ran home that night, did my research, made a list of pros and cons (more pros than cons), and decided right then to invest in the certification. The rest is history.

What is acne?

Acne is an inherited disorder of the skin. Those with normal pores shed one layer of dead skin cells per day, while those with acne-prone pores shed up to five times more dead skin cells per day. The body simply cannot keep up forming a microcomedone - the beginning of all acne. It takes up to 90 days for microcomedones to form & from there it turns into blackheads, whiteheads, & if oil, dirt, or bacteria are present it turns into inflamed pustules, aka pimples, or even cysts.

When I decided to partner with Face Reality Skincare it was because of their holistic & clinical protocols, clinical trials, & the accessibility to their team. Being part of my Acne Bootcamp means you’re ready to commit, make lifestyle adjustments, follow a carefully hand-picked home routine (with professional products only available to those in my Acne Bootcamp) based on your acne type, skin type, & come in for biweekly personalized professional treatments or assessments. It takes about 90 days for comedones to form, therefore we must properly follow these protocols to prevent & treat your acne.

I provide all the tools, education, time, & my professional expertise to treat & clear your skin, but at the end of the day it’s up to you to follow & commit. Virtual appointments & assessments are available & offered for those that do not live in Napa County.

An option is the Acne Bootcamp Consultation where we have a more in-depth conversation about your acne type, lifestyle adjustments, products, treatments, & pricing. During this consultation we can decide if my Acne Bootcamp is right for you. For those ready to get started, the Acne Bootcamp Consultation + Treatment is right for you which includes both the consultation & treatment.

Please advise, your home regimen is not included in the Acne Bootcamp Consultation &/or Treatment price. Price for your full at home skin routine depends on the severity of your acne between $100-$200+.
